Dynamic anatomy, Self-awakening Yoga, journaling, mindfulness and Prana infused awareness, are some of the ways to enter meditation in motion. Through these gateways, movement is derived from within, for conscious improvisational dancing.  By embodying knowledge, you will explore infinite ways to dance.  Let go of tension, stress and anxiety by dancing out the body stories.  The intention of this practice is to clear your energy, let go, unleash your creativity, embrace you and renew. Are you ready to dive into your dance? Then this workshop is for you!

Wear comfortable loose clothing. Bring a journal.  The session includes educational pieces and inquiry-based movement sequencing.  We wind down with restorative relaxation.
