Mondays, January 25 – February 15,  7 – 8:15pm: Prana Flow and Restore Yoga

Tuesdays, January 26 – February 16, 10 – 11:15am: Prana Flow and Restore Yoga

Wednesdays January 27 – February 17, 10 – 11:15am : Gentle Flow and Restore Yoga

Thursdays January 28 – February 18, 7 – 8:15pm: Gentle Flow and Restore Yoga


4 week session of each class  – $64 + HST

Drop In  – $18 + HST

4 week unlimited access to classes  – $160 + HST

After you register, I will send you the Zoom link, but please register no later than 15min before class so I have time to send the link over to you! 

Prana Flow and Restore Yoga is a balanced class that integrates movement and stillness. Flowing, creative sequences of postures awaken ‘prana’ – life energy, cultivate gentle strength, mobility and flexibility, as meditation in motion. From flow, we move into a deeper stillness with slow stretches and gentle, restorative postures. Gentle Flow and Restore Yoga is a similar class, with more emphasis on restful postures.

All classes include meditation, pranayama (breathing exercises), and wisdom teachings. Classes cultivate connection with inner wisdom, intuition, vital energy, while supporting a balanced and nourished central nervous system and relaxed awareness. All levels of experience are welcome. Participate from the comfort of your home, with your video on or off.

This online series presents an opportunity for you bring the discipline of self care into this lockdown time. Without a physical yoga studio, we have the potential to deepen the inner space that we settle into through presence, the inner sanctuary. Other members of your household are welcome to join, without registration.
