Yoga in Lakefield

Date and Time: Tuesday March 14 – May 2, Thursday March 16 – May 4 , 10 – 11am

Price: Register for 8 weeks of both classes for $240 + HST ($271.20), or Tuesday or Thursday only for $130 + HST ($146.90)

Yoga in Lakefield with Tiina and Sasha takes place at the Golden Years Club in Lakefield. Classes include gentle stretching and strengthening, meditation, breathwork, and relaxation. Self-compassion and listening to the body’s wisdom are emphasized.

To register, you must become a member of the Golden Years Club. The fee for the Golden Years is $30/ year, and if you register with us and pay the $30, it will carry you through a year of use of their facilities. Upon registration for our classes, we will give you the registration form for Golden Years and process the $30 fee at the first class.
