yogis flowONE HOUR OF GENTLE HATHA FLOW that encompasses the philosophy of Yoga to integrate tools for Banishing Stress & Anxiety.

This is a beautiful opportunity to manage the Stress, Anxiety & Worry that the mechanics of the daily grind can cause.

Through a one hour integrated class you will learn to create more self awareness & invite tools that will help to manage anxiousness. We will cover these useful concepts and techniques through the duration of an hour long GENTLE HATHA Flow practice. If you are looking to feel revitalized and repair your nervous system this class is for you. We will explore the neuroscience of the brain and how the effects of Stress play a vital role in your well being. We will have an opportunity to explore the physiology of wellness. Follow along for the full 10 weeks to get the most:) We will integrate breathing techniques, Postures, Wisdom & Science to offer a complete package of self awareness strategies to find peace in all of life’s journey.
