Private Yoga for Individuals or Groups
In the convenience of your own home, workplace or organization.
No worries of parking or travel. Yoga at home suits your individual schedule with all the comforts of your own home. If you are a parent(s) with young children, consider putting the kids to bed and having private yoga in the evening, a wonderful way to unwind while knowing you are just steps away from your little one’s if they need you. As well, if you are an older adult and would enjoy a practice from a chair, or not, we are happy to come to you and support your practice from your home.
In the Workplace
Expect decreased stress levels, increased focus, concentration, and memory. Yoga at work alleviates fatigue, improves posture, and enhances well being. Expect increased positivity and productivity. Ideal for lunchtime or after work.
All classes are experiential and suitable for all levels, including beginners. All you need to do is provide a quiet, open space (staff room, boardroom, spare office, living room), and each person brings a yoga mat, comfortable clothes, and an optional blanket.
