Join Angella Windrem for this 5 week mini series of Restorative Yoga, this winter season! This class is designed to open us into the inquiry of the 5 elements of nature earth, water, fire, air, ether, through the gentle grace of restorative yoga. Restorative Yoga uses gentle guidance, lots of props, and meditation, to bring the nercous system into balance and your whole being into harmony.
