Join us for an afternoon mini retreat for your body, mind, and soul. Experience Hatha Yoga asana (postures), Kirtan (yogic chanting) and some guided meditation, all in the spirit of awakening to your joyous nature. All abilities are welcome!
Yoga with live music. We will stretch and breathe and sink into a relaxed and alert awareness that harmonizes the body, mind, and heart. The sequence of asanas will help release emotional blockages, release the body, and steady the mind.
Kirtan and Japa: Through music and group meditations with mantras, the mind becomes energized and relaxed, allowing us to open our heart to love and the effortless joy of our being.
Guided Meditation and Inquiry: The guided meditation brings participants into a more complete state of relaxation, while the inquiry helps reveal patterns of mind that contribute to stress and suffering, enhancing our connection to the place inside of ourselves that is naturally still, joyous, and clear.
