Date and Time: 7 weeks, Tuesdays 10 – 11 am with Tiina: September 20 – November 1, Thursdays 10 – 11am with Sasha: September 22 – November 3

Price: Both Classes Discount: $210 + HST, Tuesdays or Thursdays ONLY : $125+ HST

Yoga in Lakefield with Tiina and Sasha takes place at the Golden Years Club in Lakefield. Classes include gentle stretching and strengthening, meditation, breathwork, and relaxation. Self-compassion and listening to the body’s wisdom is emphasized.

To register, you must become a member of the Golden Years Club. The fee for the Golden Years is $20/ year, and if you register with us and pay the $20, it will carry you through a year of use of their facilities. Upon registration for our classes, we will give you the registration form for Golden Years and process the $20 fee at the first class. (no need to re-register with Golden Years if you did already).
