Yoga in Lakefield

Date and Time: Tuesdays, January 10 – February 28 10-11 am, and Thursdays, January 12-March 2 10-11am

Price: Register for 8 weeks of both classes for $275 + HST ($310.75), or Tuesday or Thursday only for $150 + HST ($169.50)

Yoga in Lakefield with Tiina, Joanne, and Sasha takes place at the Golden Years Club in Lakefield. Classes include gentle stretching and strengthening, meditation, breathwork, and relaxation. Self-compassion and listening to the body’s wisdom is emphasized.

To register, you must become a member of the Golden Years Club. The fee for the Golden Years is $30/ year, and if you register with us and pay the $30, it will carry you through a year of use of their facilities. Upon registration for our classes, we will give you the registration form for Golden Years and process the $30 fee at the first class.
