Intermediate Hatha Yoga: A class designed to deepen experience of asana (postures), meditation, and pranayama (breathing exercises) with a focus on sun salutation variations, standing, and balancing postures, and intermediate options. Some experience is recommended.

Gentle Yoga: Sweet and gentle sequences of movement with an emphasis on slowing down, breath awareness, meditation and connection with inner wisdom.

R&R Relax and Renew Restorative/Yin: A blend of gentle restorative yoga with a Yin influence (Yin is a form of yoga with long holds of floor based postures).

Superfood Lunch Yoga: All levels yoga at lunch time! Find balance, energy, ease, and rejuvenation in the middle of your day. Option to include a brown bag nutritious, local, organic lunch courtesy of Dan Ledandan Foods, to nourish your self on all levels.

Beginners Yoga: Back to the basics. Come to this class to learn the fundamentals of yoga, from the ground up. Open to absolute beginners, and everyone else!
