Thank you so much for your presence and support of our small and sweet business through these pandemic times! This summer, we are flowing with a Tuesday evening online offering, pop up outdoor classes depending on location and weather, and a soft re opening when Ontario moves into Stage 3.

Summer Gentle Flow and Restore Online Yoga

This gentle, restorative style Yoga class is open to all levels of experience. The class integrates meditation, breath awareness, gentle stretching, and restorative postures to support wellness on all levels of your being. Restore balance in the nervous system, clear the mind, and let go of cumulative tension in your body. Free up your vital energy, inhabit your body in a loving way, and cultivate feelings of peace, compassion, and harmony. Classes take place over zoom, and your camera can be on or off, whatever is comfortable for you.

Date and Time: 5 weeks,  Tuesdays 7 – 8pm, July 20 – Aug 17

Your Investment: $80 + HST or drop in $18 + HST
