A new series of Soul Wisdom Restorative Yoga starts Tuesday May 8 at Peterborough Living Yoga, with Tiina Kivinen, 5:30 – 6:45pm.
This Restorative Yoga class supports the nervous system, which is the foundation of your being/ bodies health. A perfect balance to the fast paced world and busy lives that we all live, this class offers us an opportunity to rest deeply, and with awareness. Tiina has trained with Jane Fryer ‘Essential Nature’ Restorative Yoga, has 15 years of experience teaching, and brings skilful guidance inspired by her practice of Yoga Nidra and Hypnotherapy.
