We, at Peterborough Living Yoga, would love to see you in classes and workshops! We are happy to announce our new Weekly Class Schedule, coming into effect September 19, just in time for the Equinox. Some highlights include…. new Saturday classes and an array of registered series, such as Chakra Yoga, Deepening Yoga, Meditation, and Breathwork, and Restorative Yoga and Yamas and Niyamas with Tiina, as well as an early morning class with Laura. We are thrilled to be offering a whole bunch of lovely Workshops and Events, something for everyone!

With Fall Unlimited Yoga, you have access to 100 % of the Weekly class schedule, including most of the registered class series! With over 20 classes/ week to choose from, the Unlimited is a great option for anyone who strives to come to 2 or more classes/ week. It will get you in the door, practicing yoga to your heart’s content! Those of you who can make it to about one class/ week, the 10 Class Series is a perfect option, choosing any 10 classes on the schedule (including most registered series!), for a 3 month period. Drop ins available for $15 + HST.
Featured Teacher; Rishi Fraser McDonald
We are so happy to be welcoming Rishi to our team of teachers. He is a wonderful yogi, poet, musician, and friend. Rishi is an inspired teacher who weaves together elements of Hatha Yoga, wisdom teachings from sacred texts and sutras, pranayama and meditation. Rishi brings the teachings of Yoga to life in an accessible way, with both lightness and depth. You will find him at Peterborough Living Yoga Tuesdays at 10 am for a Hatha Yoga class, Wednesdays at 12pm for by donation Karma Meditation, and for a couple of upcoming special workshops, Joyous Being Mini Retreat and Waking Wisdom, Living Love.
